Civil Engineer Needed — Need to prepare a complete civil plan set

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Firm to prepare a complete civil plan set for a new custom single-family residence located in Burien, Washington. Property Information Jurisdiction: City of Burien / King County Current Status: Vacant Residential Lot Proposed Development New custom single-family residence with associated site improvements, including: Driveway Utility connections Stormwater management Grading Erosion control Site development improvements Scope of Work We are looking for a complete permit-ready civil plan set that meets City of Burien and King County requirements. The scope may include, but is not limited to: Existing Conditions Plan Site Plan Grading Plan Drainage Plan Stormwater Management Plan Utility Plan Erosion & Sediment Control Plan (ESC) Driveway and Access Design Civil Details and Notes Construction Notes Permit Support and Revisions (if required) The selected professional should review local requirements and determine all plans necessary for permit approval. Deliverables Complete Civil Plan Set (PDF and editable CAD files) Calculations required by the jurisdiction Stormwater calculations and reports (if required) Permit-ready documents suitable for submission Reasonable revisions based on agency comments Preferred Qualifications Licensed Civil Engineer preferred Experience with residential development projects in Washington State Familiarity with City of Burien and King County permitting requirements Experience preparing permit-ready civil plans for single-family residential projects To Apply Please provide: Examples of similar civil plan sets you have completed.
