Civil Engineer Needed for Tentantive Parcel Map - SB 9-TPM Application

We're looking for an experienced and California-licensed Civil Engineer or registered/ licensed land surveyors to draft a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) for an SB9 lot split in San Diego County, CA (91941). This project involves preparing the TPM and all necessary documentation for County of San Diego municipal approval. We need someone with a strong understanding of residential lot splits and the ability to collaborate effectively with local authorities. We role will mainly involve the drafting of the map as we have completed much of the paperwork and had an initial meetings with the County and local San Miguel Fire District.
