I need a civil engineer to address comments from the City of Garland on engineering construction plans (civil, water, sewer, and drainage schematic design) for a site permit. The task involves reviewing and revising plans to ensure compliance with city regulations and standards. Attention to detail and experience with construction plans are essential.
