Civil Engineer for Utility Plans

I am seeking a Professional Engineer to prepare and seal a limited set of civil utility plans for a small residential development. The overall site plan has already been developed, and I am not looking for a full civil engineering package or subdivision design. The scope includes: One new fire hydrant connection to the existing public water system Water meter connection to existing public water system Sewer connection to existing public water system Plans must be ready within 48 hours. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in drafting and CAD software Be able to work independently to deliver high-quality plans Civil engineering experience involving residential or land-development projects Experience designing domestic water and sanitary sewer service connections Experience with fire hydrant and fire-water utility design Familiarity with municipal utility plan preparation and permitting Ability to prepare and seal construction drawings Experience responding to municipal review comments
