I am looking for a litigation attorney to assist with a Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit. The Case: Involves a fatal hit-and-run where government-provided surveillance video appears to have been altered and suppressed. The Goal: File a complaint to obtain the original video and seek damages for civil rights violations. The Role: You will act in a full attorney capacity as the attorney of record, handling all court appearances (this is not just a remote drafting job). Location: California federal court. Out-of-state attorneys are welcome to apply (pro hac vice is acceptable). Whether you are a seasoned civil rights attorney or a strong litigator interested in video forensics and government accountability, I encourage you to apply.
