Civil 3D Specialist for Land Development Projects

We are seeking a skilled Civil 3D Specialist to support our land development projects, primarily in high-end residential and resort environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Autodesk Civil 3D, with a focus on: - Road and access design - Topographic modeling and surface management - Grading and earthworks optimization - Basic retaining wall coordination (excluding structural design) - Water supply and drainage design - Plots - Connection to public road - Underground utilities Key responsibilities include: - Developing and managing Civil 3D models (surfaces, alignments, corridors, pipe networks) - Producing plans, profiles, and cross-sections - Proposing efficient grading and drainage strategies adapted to challenging terrain and climate conditions - Coordinating with architectural teams working in Revit (BIM environment) You will collaborate closely with our architects on integrated land and building developments. Our objective is to elevate our Civil 3D capabilities to the same level of excellence we have achieved in architectural BIM workflows using Revit. Experience or interest in landscape design and site integration would be highly appreciated. This is a remote position, with the possibility of long-term collaboration and potential relocation to Japan for the right candidate.
