Civil/Structural Engineer for Grandstand Foundation Design - Requires Texas Stamp

I have a manufacturer-supplied grandstand foundation design in PDF plus a handful of supporting CAD files. We test-built a small section on site, learned what works, and now need to turn that insight into a permit-ready package stamped for the State of Texas. Here’s what I’d like you to handle: • Review the original design for code compliance and constructability • Modify material specifications, structural dimensions, and all load-bearing / structural calculations as our site observations require • Produce a clean, coordinated permit plan set (PDF + DWG) ready for submission, complete with your Texas structural engineer stamp and signed calculation book All work must comply with current IBC and Texas amendments. Please confirm your ability to stamp in Texas (or that you partner with someone who can) and estimate your turnaround once you receive the existing files.
