Civil engineer needed for construction plans

We are seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to design and permit the subdivision of a 7.57-acre parcel at 16000 Henderson Road, Milton, GA into three (3) single-family residential lots (approx. 2.5 acres each). The City of Milton has informally indicated support for three homes; we are now ready to formalize the concept and pursue subdivision approval. The selected firm will serve as lead civil engineer through recording of the final plat. Provide a phased proposal covering the following: • Phase 1 — Concept / sketch plat: lot layout for 3 lots, access, and feasibility check against City of Milton zoning & subdivision ordinance; attendance at a pre-application meeting with the City. • Phase 2 — Preliminary plat & site engineering: grading and drainage plan, stormwater management design, erosion & sediment control plan (NPDES), driveway/access design, and utility/septic coordination with Fulton County Health. • Phase 3 — Permitting & construction documents: land-disturbance permit application support and engineered construction drawings. • Phase 4 — Final plat: preparation and support through recording. • Coordination: stream- buffer/environmental compliance (a stream determination is on file), and coordination with the surveyor, soil/septic consultant, and arborist as needed.
