Claude API + Monday.com Integration | AI Idea Routing System | Small Scoped Project

Most API connections are already in place. I need someone to wire the logic between them. What the system does: - Captures ideas via voice, text, or form input - Claude interprets and categorizes each idea - Routes it into the correct Monday.com board and quarter bucket (Q1 through Q4) - Fires a confirmation receipt on save - Tracks recurring ideas via a word map and tally system - Runs ideas through a multi-gate yes/no decision flow - Routes approved ideas to a team presentation phase and then into development and execution - Loops non-viable ideas back into the system for future review Deliverables for this first phase: A working prototype that handles the intake, Claude categorization, Monday.com item creation, and confirmation receipt. Full flowchart will be shared upon engagement. Budget: $25 to $50 for this first phase Engagement type: Start small, grow from there. I am looking for a long-term collaborator, not a one-time hire. Skills needed: Claude API, Monday.com API, webhook logic, Make or n8n or equivalent automation tools.
