# Full-Stack AI-Assisted Developer ## Overview We are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Developer who uses the full Claude suite as a core part of their development workflow, including Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, and Claude CoWork. This role involves building and managing web apps, mobile apps, backend systems, internal systems, dashboards, automations, operational tooling, and AI-assisted workflows across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is highly technical, self-managed, fast-moving, and able to use Claude-based workflows to accelerate execution while maintaining strong code quality, clean architecture, good UI judgment, and practical product thinking. ## Responsibilities * Build and maintain web applications, mobile applications, backend systems, dashboards, and internal tools * Develop scalable frontend and backend architectures * Use Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, and Claude CoWork for coding, debugging, architecture, UI design, feature planning, workflow planning, and execution * Create and improve workflow automations using n8n * Build and manage integrations with ClickUp and other operational systems * Design and implement polished, modern user interfaces * Translate requirements, data, and business needs into usable product features * Think through features independently and identify gaps, edge cases, and improvements * Analyze workflows and proactively suggest product or operational improvements * Manage multiple active projects simultaneously * Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases * Work independently with minimal oversight ## Required Technical Skills ### Core Development Stack * JavaScript * Python * Node.js * React * React Native * Next.js ### Claude Suite * Strong experience using Claude as part of a software development workflow * Ability to use Claude Code for coding, debugging, refactoring, and implementation * Ability to use Claude Design to create, assess, and improve UI designs * Ability to use Claude CoWork for planning, organizing, and managing development workflows * Ability to structure prompts, validate outputs, and refine AI-generated work * Ability to use Claude tools to move faster without sacrificing quality ### Full-Stack Development * Backend API development * Database architecture and management * Authentication systems * Third-party integrations * Deployment workflows * Cloud infrastructure familiarity * Ability to work across JavaScript, Node.js, and Python-based backend systems * Ability to build and maintain web apps, mobile apps, backend systems, dashboards, and internal tools ### UI / UX * Strong UI and UX judgment * Ability to create polished, intuitive, production-quality interfaces * Ability to assess whether a UI is clean, modern, and user-friendly * Strong visual and usability instincts * Ability to convert requirements into clear screens, flows, and user experiences ### Automation & Operations * Experience building n8n automation workflows * Experience integrating ClickUp workflows * Experience connecting tools, APIs, webhooks, and operational systems * Ability to create reliable automations for internal workflows * Ability to build internal dashboards and admin systems * Experience building both consumer-facing and internal tools ### Product & Systems Thinking * Ability to think through features independently from requirements and available data * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Comfortable operating across product, engineering, and operational systems * Ability to proactively identify missing requirements, workflow issues, and technical risks * Ability to make practical product decisions without needing every detail spelled out ## Required Qualities * Self-managed and highly organized * Strong ownership mentality * Fast execution speed * Startup-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills * Comfortable handling ambiguity and rapid iteration * Able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously * Able to prioritize work without constant supervision * Able to take a requirement and turn it into a usable feature, workflow, or system ## To Apply ### Required Project Please share one project you built that demonstrates strong UI quality, technical or product complexity, and your ability to build using Claude.
