Claude AI Business Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Claude AI implementation specialist to build an AI-powered financial and operational assistant for our business. This is not a software development project. We are not looking for someone to build a web application. Instead, we want someone who is an expert at designing Claude Projects, creating AI workflows, organizing business knowledge, and building reliable systems that allow Claude to function as an intelligent bookkeeper and business assistant. About Us We own and operate a couple of business in the cycling industry, including retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and international sourcing. Our goal is to build a comprehensive Claude Project that becomes the central intelligence for our business operations. Project Objectives Design and configure a Claude Project capable of: * AI-assisted bookkeeping * Categorizing expenses and transactions * Reconciling bank and credit card statements * Reading invoices and purchase orders * Organizing supplier records * Tracking inventory purchases and landed costs * Producing monthly financial summaries * Answering financial questions in natural language * Identifying unusual transactions * Creating SOPs and business documentation * Acting as an intelligent operations assistant Existing Systems Our business currently uses: * Shopify * QuickBooks * Excel spreadsheets * PDF invoices * Bank and credit card statements * Purchase orders * Shipping documents * Google Drive / cloud storage The successful candidate will help organize these sources so Claude can work with them efficiently and consistently. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with experience building real-world Claude workflows for businesses. Ideally, you have experience with: * Claude Projects * Anthropic Claude * AI workflow design * Prompt engineering * Knowledge organization * Business process automation * Accounting workflows * Inventory management * SOP development Experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Drive integrations, or MCP is a bonus, but not required.
