Claude Dev Required for Node Typescript (AWS) and Flutter App

Hey devs, I'm looking for a fullstack developer for ongoing work across several live products. Real users depend on these systems. Some systems are financial and as you can imagine are sensitive. The code you ship is the code that runs. The stack: Vue, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS. Daily comfort with AI coding tools is expected. This is a full-time job: 40 hours a week, long-term. I'm building a lasting working relationship, not handing out tasks. It's not just new features. A big part of it is maintenance: supporting live products, fixing bugs, keeping things running.
