Claude AI Implementation & Coaching Specialist

We are engaging a Claude expert to deliver a hands-on, live digital seminar that does two things at once: build a working set of AI systems for our business, and coach our team so we can run, extend and rebuild those systems ourselves. The goal is not a series of demos. By the end of the program our people should be confident, self-sufficient Claude operators with real, deployed tools in their hands. Every session must produce something tangible — a working artefact we keep and use, not slides — and each one closes with homework that participants complete before the next session. . Format & Schedule Group sessions 4 live sessions, 4 hours each Nights Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Time 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Australian time — see assumptions) Private sessions One 1-hour private 1:1 session per participant, scheduled separately Delivery Live, screen-shared and interactive — participants build alongside the coach Recordings All sessions recorded and retained by us for internal reference 3. Scope of Work — Build & Coach This is a dual mandate. The specialist is expected to: • Build with us — stand up real, working systems on our actual business data and accounts during the sessions, not toy examples. • Coach us — teach the underlying method so each participant can reproduce, modify and troubleshoot the systems without the coach present. • Set homework — assign a concrete task after each session that applies the build to the participant's own work, and review it. • Hand over — leave us with documented, reusable project templates and prompts so the tools keep working after the engagement ends. 4. Systems To Be Built The engagement must deliver working versions of the following. Each is built live, then taught: • Claude Code proficiency — how to install, configure and work in Claude Code as our core build environment. • Automated social media editor — a project-based content engine that drafts, edits and formats social posts on demand. • Automated video editor — an automated pipeline for editing and packaging video content. • Accounting & finance tracker — an upload-and-track system: we drop in receipts, invoices and statements, and it categorises and tracks the finances automatically. • Data & document retrieval — a searchable knowledge base so we can ask questions across our own documents and data and get sourced answers. • Email assistant — a system that drafts and replies to emails in our voice, ready for review and send. 5. Session Curriculum Indicative mapping of the six systems across the four nights. The coach may resequence, but each session must end with a tangible artefact and homework. # Night / Theme Tangible build Homework 1 Thu — Foundations & Claude Code Install and set up Claude Code; establish our project structure and working method; build one automation end-to-end. Rebuild the live example on a real task from your own role. 2 Fri — Content Engine Stand up the automated social media editor and the automated video editor as project-based pipelines. Produce a week of social posts and one edited video for your business. 3 Sat — Finance Tracker Build the upload-and-track accounting system; load and categorise sample financials live. Load your own real receipts/statements and reconcile the output. 4 Sun — Knowledge & Comms Build the data & document retrieval knowledge base and the email reply assistant. Connect your own documents and inbox; test and refine. 6. Private 1:1 Sessions In addition to the four group nights, each participant receives one private one-hour session. These are personalised: the coach works directly on that person's own workflow, blockers and use cases, tuning the systems built during the seminar to their specific role and reviewing their homework. 7. What We're Looking For • Deep, current, hands-on expertise with Claude — including Claude Code, projects, prompting and tool use. • A genuine builder who ships working systems, not just a presenter. • Strong teaching ability — can break down complex workflows so non-technical people can reproduce them. • Practical experience with content automation, document/data retrieval, finance/data workflows and email automation. • Comfortable working live on real business data, and able to handle our accounts and documents responsibly and confidentially. • Available to deliver Thursday to Sunday evenings on Australian time for the duration of the program. 8. Definition of Done The engagement is successful when: • All six systems are built and working on our real data and accounts. • Each participant can independently run and modify each system without the coach. • All homework has been completed and reviewed. • We hold reusable templates, prompts and recordings so the tools persist after handover. • Each participant has completed their private 1:1 session. 9. Logistics & Tools • Platform: Live video with screen sharing (e.g. Zoom or equivalent) — confirm preference • Participants: To confirm number of attendees • Accounts & access: We will provide the necessary Claude, data and account access for live builds, under appropriate confidentiality • Materials: Coach supplies session templates, prompt libraries and homework; we retain all artefacts and recordings 10. Commercials & How to Respond Please respond with: • A short outline of your relevant experience and example systems you have built with Claude. • Your proposed fee — for the full program (4 group sessions + the set of private 1:1 sessions) and any per-participant pricing. • Earliest available start date and confirmation of Thu–Sun evening availability. • Any tools, access or prerequisites you need from us to deliver. Assumptions to confirm – Time zone: “Australian time” is taken as AEST (Sydney/Melbourne).
