AI & Claude Implementation Consultant (Health-Tech / Wearable Safety Technology)

## Overview We are an established health-tech and wearable safety technology SaaS company operating across both B2B and B2C markets in the UK and US. We are seeking an experienced AI consultant with deep expertise in Anthropic Claude and practical AI implementation to help us identify, prioritize, design, and execute opportunities to leverage AI across our business. This is not simply a prompt engineering project. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on partner who can assess our business, identify high-value use cases, quantify potential impact, build solutions, integrate them into existing workflows, and train our team to successfully adopt and scale them. The engagement will likely begin as a discovery and strategy project and may expand into a longer-term implementation and advisory relationship. ## Objectives The successful consultant will help us: * Assess how Claude and AI technologies can be used throughout our organization * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, growth, customer experience, and profitability * Prioritize initiatives based on effort, impact, ROI, and implementation complexity * Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations * Train internal teams to effectively use and maintain the solutions developed * Create documentation and operating procedures to support long-term adoption ## Areas of Focus We are particularly interested in opportunities across: ### Sales & Business Development * Lead qualification and scoring * Personalized outreach and follow-up * Sales enablement and proposal generation * CRM workflow automation * Pipeline analysis and forecasting ### Marketing * Content strategy and creation * Campaign planning and optimization * SEO and thought leadership content * Customer segmentation * Marketing automation * Competitive intelligence ### Customer Journey & Customer Success * Customer onboarding * Customer support augmentation * Knowledge base development * Customer communication workflows * Retention and engagement initiatives * Customer insights and feedback analysis ### Operations & Internal Efficiency * SOP creation and management * Internal knowledge systems * Meeting summaries and action tracking * Process automation * Reporting and analytics * Cross-functional workflow improvements ### Product & Business Intelligence * User feedback analysis * Product insights * Market research * Internal decision support systems * Executive reporting ## Scope of Work ### Phase 1 – Discovery & Opportunity Assessment * Review our business, processes, systems, and workflows * Interview key stakeholders * Identify AI opportunities across departments * Present recommendations and implementation roadmap * Provide estimated benefits, costs, effort, risks, and expected ROI ### Phase 2 – Solution Design & Implementation * Build and deploy selected solutions * Configure Claude-based workflows and automations * Integrate with existing tools and systems where appropriate * Develop templates, prompts, workflows, and operating procedures * Establish governance and best practices ### Phase 3 – Training & Adoption * Deliver team training sessions * Create documentation and playbooks * Establish internal ownership and governance * Support transition from consultant-led to team-led operation ## Desired Experience We are looking for consultants who can demonstrate: * Extensive experience implementing Claude and AI solutions in real businesses * Strong understanding of Anthropic Claude capabilities and ecosystem * Experience with AI workflow automation platforms * SaaS, health-tech, technology, or startup experience preferred * Experience integrating AI into sales, marketing, customer success, and operations functions * Process improvement and business transformation expertise * Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong project management and stakeholder management skills ### Bonus Experience * Healthcare, workplace safety, wearable technology, or IoT sectors * CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) * Marketing automation platforms * AI agent development * Knowledge management systems * API integrations and workflow orchestration tools ## Deliverables At a minimum, we expect: * AI opportunity assessment * Prioritized implementation roadmap * Business case and ROI estimates * Implemented solutions and workflows * Documentation and SOPs * Team training materials * Knowledge transfer sessions ## Proposal Requirements Please include: 1.
