Claude/AI Implementation Specialist Set Up & Train Our Team (Remote, LA Candidates Welcome)

Duration: 6–8 weeks, ~2 hrs/week (potential for ongoing remote support after) Location: Remote LA-based candidates preferred We're a supported living agency (we support adults with developmental disabilities in living full, independent lives), and we're ready to go tech-forward this year. We want to bring Claude into how we operate, not just as a chat tool, but set up properly with Cowork, connected to how our team actually works. Our management team isn't technical, so we need someone who can do both: build this out right and explain it in plain language so it actually sticks. What you'll do: Get our Cowork account set up and configured properly from day one Help us figure out where Claude actually fits into our operations, not just "how to use it," but where it saves us real time Run weekly video sessions (~2 hrs) with our management team for 6–8 weeks, hands-on, practical, no jargon Who you are: Genuinely skilled with Claude/AI tools, not just a user, someone who can build and problem-solve Great at translating technical stuff into plain language for a non-technical team LA-based is a plus, but fully remote candidates are welcome Bonus: experience with nonprofits, healthcare, or service-based orgs Tell us about your experience with Claude/AI implementation.
