Claude (AI) Workshop — Help Our Coaches Get Set Up & Confident (60 min, one-off with ongoing potential) About us We're PT Business Academy — a coaching community for personal trainers and online coaches. I'm Adam, the head coach. We run regular live training sessions for our members, and we'd love to bring in someone to run a friendly, practical Claude workshop. This is a beginner-friendly session — most of our members are new to Claude or only using it casually. We just want them walking away confident about using it well in their day-to-day business. Nothing super technical — keep it simple and hands-on. What we'd like the workshop to cover Think of this as a plain-English "what it is and how to set it up" session — not a deep technical dive. Claude vs ChatGPT — a quick early overview: why we like Claude, and when you might still reach for one of the others Getting great output — the basics of prompting well Connectors — what they are and what they're for Desktop vs web browser — what the difference is, and which to use Claude Design — what it is and what it can do Setting up Projects the right way — project instructions, and what files to include Any other setup essentials you'd recommend a beginner know Keep it practical and approachable — show, don't lecture. Projects we'd like you to help members set up We want members to leave with a few ready-to-use Claude Projects for their business: Coaching Social media / content Offer building Sales (If you have other simple, useful project ideas for coaches, we're happy to hear them.) Session logistics Format: Live on Zoom Day & time: Wednesday, 10:00 AM Perth, Western Australia time (AWST) Length: 60 minutes Budget: Fixed price — [around $200 USD, adjust to taste] for the one-off session Ongoing opportunity (if the first one goes well) This starts as a one-off, but if it lands well we'd love to keep working together: A monthly session teaching our members ongoing Claude skills Becoming a regular guest educator covering what's new and trending Down the track, potentially going deeper into things like Claude Code, agents, and more advanced builds How we run guest sessions (please read) We protect our community's trust, so a couple of ground rules up front: Recording: We record the session purely so members who can't attend live can catch up. We do not package, sell, or distribute the recording as a standalone paid product. No pitching or lead harvesting: We ask guests not to advertise, promote their own offers, or collect leads from our community — no sales pitches, no lead magnets. We're after an educator who's genuinely here to teach, not to sell.
