Claude Workshop Facilitator for Real Estate Investment Firm

We are a real estate investment firm seeking an experienced AI consultant to design and lead an interactive workshop on using AI effectively across multifamily acquisitions and asset management. The workshop should be practical and tailored to our team’s day-to-day work, with a strong focus on: - Using Claude and other leading AI tools for underwriting, due diligence, market research, document review, investment memos, reporting, budgeting, and asset management - Writing effective prompts and providing sufficient context to produce accurate, useful, and repeatable results - Building reusable prompts, templates, and workflows that our team can implement immediately The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, strong presentation and communication skills, deep familiarity with Claude, and a practical understanding of multifamily acquisitions and asset management. Prior experience training real estate investment or finance teams is strongly preferred.
