Claude AI coach and builder for a marketing firm owner

I run a boutique marketing firm and use Claude every day. I'm comfortable with chat, projects, and skills, and I want to go further. I'm looking for someone who can do two things. Coach me so I can build more on my own, and build the harder pieces for me. I want to keep expanding what I can do myself, but I also want to hand off the parts that need more depth. The focus is setting up reliable workflows for content, video, and proposals, plus whatever else makes the day run smoother. Some of it I want to learn hands-on. Some of it I'd rather give to someone who knows Claude Code, MCP, and automation well. I'd like to start with a small paid project so we can both see how it goes, then move to ongoing hourly if it's a fit. A good fit for this: - Strong with Claude across chat, projects, skills, and Claude Code - Comfortable with MCP connectors and automations - Can explain things clearly, not just do them - Has built workflows a business relies on, ideally in content or marketing If that's you, tell me about something you built with Claude and what it changed for the person you helped.
