Clean and prepare 3d model for printing

I have an AI-generated 3D character model that needs professional cleanup and preparation for FDM 3D printing. The overall design and proportions are already established. The goal is to clean up the existing geometry, remove seams and dents, preserve the original character and proportions, and make the model production-ready. Alternatively, the model can be recreated from scratch since it's a rather simple model. Required work: 1. Surface cleanup Remove unwanted grooves, seams, dents, bumps and other AI-generated surface artifacts. Smooth uneven areas without flattening the intended rounded forms. Preserve the original silhouette, proportions and important design features. 2. Symmetry and shape correction Correct unintended asymmetry in the head, body, arms, legs and ears. 3. Hand and arm adjustment The hands currently sit too close to the torso and may fuse with the body during FDM printing. Move the hands slightly farther away from the torso. Maintain the current pose and visual appearance. Create enough physical clearance between the hands and torso for reliable FDM printing. 4. Separate the model into printable parts Please divide the character into the following separate objects: - Torso with legs - Left arm - Right arm - Head - Left ear - Right ear - Face mask The face mask must remain a fully separate removable object. Please place the cuts in visually discreet locations and make the connections practical for assembly after printing. 5. 3D-print preparation The final model must be: watertight and manifold, free from non-manifold edges, free from holes, duplicate faces and unnecessary internal surfaces, suitable for slicing in Bambu Studio, optimized for FDM printing, smooth enough that visible polygon facets are not present in the exported files. 6. Deliverables Please provide: - Editable Blender source file - One assembled version for visual checking - One exploded-view version showing all separate parts ready for exporting and printing
