📢 Hiring: Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative Globus Cleaning Services is looking for a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: • Respond to leads from Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, phone calls, and text messages • Schedule cleaning appointments • Follow up with potential customers • Coordinate schedules with cleaners • Monitor job progress and collect updates/photos • Confirm appointments and track payments • Provide daily and weekly reports Requirements: • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Strong communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Reliable internet connection and computer • Experience in customer service, sales, dispatching, or scheduling is a plus • Must be responsible and able to work independently Schedule: • Remote position • Afternoon and evening shifts available Compensation: • Hourly pay + performance bonuses If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
