Click-Through QA Tester — CRE Underwriting/Valuation Web App (Argus required)

We're building a web-based commercial real estate underwriting and valuation platform (deal modeling, rent rolls, cash flows, DCF/valuation, sensitivity analysis). We need a meticulous tester to click through every feature, function, and interaction and report anything that breaks, errors, renders wrong, or behaves incorrectly. What you'll do: - Systematically exercise every screen, input, and workflow — deal creation, rent roll upload, tenant reimbursement profile creation, assumptions, cash flows, valuation outputs, exports, and all the interactions in between. - Log every bug, broken link, console error, incorrect number, layout glitch, or confusing behavior — with clear repro steps, screenshots, and expected-vs-actual. - Sanity-check that the financial outputs make sense to a CRE professional (do the cash flows, cap rates, and valuations behave the way a real underwriter would expect?). You should be: - Experienced in commercial real estate — you understand deals, leases, NOI, cap rates, and valuation. - Trained and fluent in Argus. You'll be evaluating whether our modeling matches how a CRE pro thinks. - Experienced in end-to-end testing of web-based software. - Meticulous, structured in bug reporting, and comfortable working independently through a test plan.
