ClickUp Admin / Specialist

We're looking for someone to manage and maintain our existing ClickUp setup at our Australian property business. This is an ongoing, part-time role with availability during Melbourne business hours. What you'll be doing: -Maintaining and organising our existing ClickUp workspace -Helping our team use ClickUp more effectively day to day -Setting up and adjusting workflows, templates, and views as needed -Keeping spaces, lists, and tasks clean and up to date across departments -Joining a 15-minute weekly video call with each team member to stay aligned on their workflow What we're looking for: -A solid working understanding of ClickUp - we're happy to provide training to fill any gaps You're a good fit for this role if: -Australian English 10/10 -Fast, fast, fast working -Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused -Strong initiative and ability to solve problems independently -Able to think critically and use common sense when making decisions -Detail-oriented and a quick learner -Bubbly, easy to work with, and genuinely enjoys helping a team run smoothly To apply: Please send a Loom video introducing yourself, your experience with ClickUp, and why you'd be a good fit for this role.
