ClickUp Specialist / Systems Architect

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced ClickUp Specialist to structure and optimise our workspace infrastructure. The ideal candidate will help us transition from legacy tracking methods into a centralised, automated, and scalable operational workspace. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Workspace Architecture: Design and build custom ClickUp Spaces, Folders, and Lists tailored to our unique organisational workstreams. Team & Permission Hierarchy: Set up explicit internal Teams and communication Channels within ClickUp, configuring proper user roles, privacy settings, and access permissions. Legacy Data Migration: Map, clean, and successfully execute the data migration of legacy tasks and active project pipelines currently tracked in Google Sheets directly into ClickUp. Custom Views & Statuses: Build tailored task statuses, Custom Fields, and views (e.g., Gantt, Kanban, List) across each workstream space to ensure clear tracking. Job Requirements & Qualifications Proven ClickUp Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of verified experience building, restructuring, and managing complex ClickUp workspace environments (ClickUp Certification is a strong plus). Data Migration Proficiency: Hands-on experience mapping CSV/Google Sheet data structure elements into ClickUp's hierarchy without losing historical notes, dates, or assignees. Operational Workflow Design: Deep understanding of how to translate real-world team business operations into a digital workspace to reduce manual coordination. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain platform functionality and maintain structured organisational habits.
