ClickUp expert needed and Project Management Clickup Setup

We are looking for a ClickUp expert to lead a full project management setup, translate our existing SOPs into ClickUp task structures, and onboard our team onto the new system. We have documented processes but no structured project management tool. We need a ClickUp expert who can map our SOPs into ClickUp and build the automations that keep workflows running correctly. What the ClickUp consultant will deliver: — ClickUp workspace architecture: full Space, Folder, and List hierarchy for our business — SOP mapping: translate our 15+ SOPs into ClickUp task templates, checklists, and dependencies — ClickUp automation: status-change triggers, task assignment routing, deadline reminders — ClickUp project management views: per-role dashboards for team leads, account managers, and executives — ClickUp Docs: link SOP documentation directly to relevant tasks and workflows — Permissions setup: role-based access so each team member sees only what is relevant — Team onboarding: live training session and Loom walkthrough documentation Requirements: — Experienced ClickUp consultant with SOP mapping and ClickUp automation skills — Project management background is a strong advantage — Must be able to advise on ClickUp structure, not just execute instructions
