Project Overview: We need a results-driven freelancer to connect with small mechanical engineering companies that serve major clients but are struggling with employee retention. Your mission: introduce our industrial training collaboration model and schedule qualified meetings. Scope of Work: Research and identify small mechanical engineering firms with major client portfolios facing retention challenges Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or cold calling Pitch our industrial training partnership as a retention solution Schedule and confirm minimum 40 meetings with decision-makers (Operations Heads, HR Managers, Business Owners) Ensure all prospects are genuinely potential clients matching our target profile Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in B2B lead generation or appointment setting Understanding of mechanical engineering / manufacturing industry (preferred) Strong communicator with persuasive outreach skills Target-oriented and self-managed Deliverables: 40+ confirmed meetings with qualified prospects Weekly progress reports with pipeline updates Verified contact and company details for each meeting Budget: Competitive fixed/project-based fee. Indian market is the target so knowledge and skills relevant to Indian market shall be preferred.
