Client Communication Manager Needed For Podcast Studio

We’re a podcast studio that works with a wide variety of shows, and we’re looking for someone to manage one of our main communication channels. You should have a solid understanding of podcasting, how basic level podcast production services work so you can properly communicate with potential clients, answer basic questions, and help move leads from inquiry to active project. Main responsibilities: 1.Respond to Upwork invites, messages, and client inquiries in a timely, professional manner 2.Send proposals, follow up with leads, and help convert conversations into booked work 3.Manage lead communication, schedule consulting calls, and keep conversations moving clearly and efficiently You’re a good fit if you are: -Strong in written English and client communication -Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented -Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once To apply: Send a short introduction, your relevant experience, and why you’d be a good fit for this role.
