Client Communication Specialist with UI/UX Experience

We are a design and development agency looking for a client-facing caller who can help with client communication, project interviews, and light project coordination. Many of our projects begin with discovery calls, requirement discussions, client feedback, and follow-up messages. We need someone who can speak clearly, ask practical questions, understand what the client needs, and help move the project forward. This role is best for someone who has UI/UX design experience and can understand design-related conversations between the client and our internal team. Responsibilities Join client calls and communicate professionally Lead or support client interviews and discovery calls Understand project goals, design needs, and client feedback Take clear notes and summarize next steps Follow up with clients when needed Communicate project details to designers and developers Support light project management during the project Requirements 3+ years of UI/UX design experience Strong spoken English Experience communicating with clients Ability to ask clear and useful questions Organized, reliable, and good with follow-up Project management experience is a plus Agency experience is preferred We are looking for someone who can represent our agency well during calls and help clients feel clear about the next steps.
