Job Title: Client Communications Specialist (Full-Time, $6/hr) Pay: $6/hour Schedule: 40 hours/week — Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Includes a 30-min lunch break and two 15-min breaks) Type: Long-term, full-time position About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Communications Specialist to join our team full-time. You’ll handle simple but important tasks across multiple projects, including: Making and receiving client calls Sending and responding to emails Updating spreadsheets and records Creating small Excel reports/lists This is a support-focused role — no sales, quotas, or high-pressure environments — just consistent, organized daily work. Required to apply: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Prior customer service or client-facing experience Fluent English (spoken and written) Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
