We are looking for a polished, reliable Client Concierge & Social Media Coordinator to help support the front end of a premium residential home brand. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone warm, organized, responsive, and professional who can help create a strong first impression with prospective clients, real estate partners, and people engaging with the brand online. The role is mainly focused on client communication, lead coordination, social media execution, and helping us maintain a calm, white glove experience from the first inquiry through the next step. This is a remote position with no travel required. 🏡 Role Overview You will help manage early client communication, respond to inquiries, organize follow up, support our social media presence, and make sure every interaction is handled clearly and professionally. The ideal candidate understands that luxury service is not about pressure. It is about tone, timing, clarity, trust, and consistency. ✨ Core Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally Communicate with prospective clients in a warm, polished, white glove tone Help guide early conversations and schedule next steps when appropriate Maintain organized communication across email, phone, CRM, messaging, Instagram, and TikTok Track inquiries, update notes, and keep the lead pipeline clean and current Coordinate follow up so no qualified inquiry is missed Support a calm and professional client experience from first contact Flag serious inquiries or high quality opportunities for leadership Provide weekly updates on inquiries, conversations, follow ups, and social media activity 📱 Social Media Responsibilities Post content across Instagram and TikTok using provided brand direction Publish stories, reels, captions, and basic content updates with consistency and care Help maintain a simple content calendar and posting rhythm Organize photos, videos, captions, hashtags, and post timing Monitor comments, direct messages, and basic engagement Identify and flag meaningful inquiries, agent interest, or potential client activity from social platforms Help keep the brand active, polished, and consistent online ✅ Requirements Excellent written and spoken communication skills Strong professional presence by phone, video, email, and message Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok for business posting and engagement Highly organized with strong follow up habits Able to work independently and communicate clearly with leadership Comfortable using simple CRM, scheduling, and communication tools English required Spanish strongly preferred Experience in real estate, luxury hospitality, client service, concierge service, or premium brand support is strongly preferred 🌿 Ideal Candidate You are not pushy, scripted, or overly sales driven. You are polished, warm, reliable, and attentive. You know how to communicate with care, keep details organized, and make people feel professionally handled. You understand that a premium brand depends on consistency, discretion, responsiveness, and trust. You should also be comfortable helping execute social media content on Instagram and TikTok.
