Summary

I run a growing membership and software platform that helps business owners get organized, get found, and actually run their businesses without drowning in the tech. My members are smart, busy people who have something worth selling and just need support making it all work. I'm looking for someone to be their person, and to be my right hand on everything member-facing. Here's the kind of person I'm looking for, because it's specific. You're a systems nerd. You're a little obsessed with efficiency. When you do something twice, your first instinct is to automate it, build a Claude skill for it, or find a faster way. You do in under an hour what takes most people two, because you leverage your tools instead of grinding through things manually. That's how I work, and I want someone who works the same way. You're not just detail-oriented, you create the work and then quality-check it. You'll run something through Claude to catch what it can catch, then put your own trained eye on top to catch what AI misses. Nothing goes out the door with an obvious flaw in it because you're the kind of person who notices. This is not a job where you'll be building tech or handling client deliverables, my build team and software support partner own that. But make no mistake, this is a strong tech and AI role. You'll be deep in these tools every day, and you'll need to actually know how to use them, because you'll be answering members' questions about them. What you'll do: - Be the warm, friendly first point of contact any member can come to, and make them feel taken care of - Answer support tickets, billing and cancellation questions, and how-do-I questions about our platform - Answer questions about our membership itself, including our Claude/AI-based course material, which means actually knowing how to do it, not just pointing them to a link - Hop on a quick Zoom to walk a member through something when that's the fastest way to help (no standing calls, just the instinct to say "let me help you with that real quick") - Go into our platforms to find what you need, pull up a member's billing, load things in, check an account - Route the bigger technical builds to the right person on my team and follow through so nothing slips - Handle ongoing, repeating pieces of the business, and look for ways to make them faster every time - Brief me each morning on what I need to know Tools you'll work in every day: - Claude (this is central, we run a lot through AI, and you need to be a genuinely strong AI user) - Xperiencify (our membership platform) - GoHighLevel (our software platform) - Stripe (billing) - ClickUp (tasks and projects) - Canva (light design and edits) You don't need to already know every one of these, but you need to be the kind of person who picks up a new platform fast and gets fluent, and you need to already be strong with AI. Who you are: - A systems and efficiency nerd. Automating, streamlining, and building smarter workflows is genuinely fun for you. - A strong AI user. You use Claude (or similar) as a real part of how you work, not occasionally. - Extremely detail-oriented. You catch the small things before anything is considered finished. - Warm, personable, and genuinely good with people. You leave someone calmer than they were before they reached out. - Organized and reliable. When you say you'll handle it, it's handled, and I don't have to check behind you. - Available for some overlap with US Eastern time, especially peak business hours, ready to clear morning support tickets and keep members from waiting. What matters most: I want someone who cares about people and is relentless about doing things smart. If you're warm with clients, obsessed with the details, and always looking for how technology can make you faster, we're going to work really well together. If this sounds like you, tell me about a workflow or task you automated or made dramatically more efficient, what you did, and how much time it saved. I'd love to hear it.
