Client Delivery Manager | Full-Time - Remote The role in one paragraph Your job is to make sure every client request and every video, script and thumbnail project moves from submission to delivery without being missed, delayed or left without an owner. You are the operational owner for a portfolio of clients: visible in Slack, coordinating the internal team, keeping Airtable true, resolving blockers and raising risks before the client feels them. This is not a passive task-tracking role. You are the person who makes sure the work actually moves and every loop closes. We are building the strongest YouTube delivery operation in the market and need high-ownership operators who can keep pace with that ambition. What you own: Own the day-to-day delivery health of a portfolio of clients. Be present in client Slack channels, acknowledge operational requests and give clear progress updates. Turn client messages, submissions and decisions into properly owned work with a clear deadline. Coordinate scriptwriters, editors, QAs, thumbnail designers, strategists and other internal owners. Make sure new work is assigned the same day and accepted by the person responsible. Track projects through delivery, chase progress and intervene before an issue becomes a missed deadline Keep Airtable and the operating system aligned with reality at all times. Identify blockers and weak plans early, then resolve or escalate them with a proposed next action Verify that the correct result reaches the client before marking anything resolved. Maintain clear daily visibility across what is healthy, at risk, overdue and unresolved. Who will be exceptional here You have strong agency project-management, client-delivery or creative-operations experience. You have controlled several recurring client workstreams and cross-functional teams at once. You naturally notice missing owners, vague deadlines and silent risks before somebody points them out. You are direct, calm and comfortable holding talented people accountable. Your written English and client communication are excellent. You can prioritise quickly when several clients need attention at once. You use systems such as Airtable, Asana, ClickUp or Monday as operational truth, not decoration. You ask questions early, make sensible decisions without waiting for permission and close loops without being chased.
