Client Engagement Coordinator - Level 1

We are looking for a client success coordinator to be the face of the company + ultimate sorter for inbound leads! Duties include: 1. Prospective client onboarding via zoom or call 2. Client sorting and qualification 3. Follow up scheduling 4. Post-call follow up communication 5. Lead tracking and reporting 6. Inbound lead management from point A to handoff and beyond Qualifications: 1. Fluent in English (speak/read/write) 2. Customer service experience 3. Tech Savvy 4. Excellent communication Skills 5. Excellent organization skills + attention to detail 6. Available a minimum of 25 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days, from 8am EST - 8pm EST timeframe, with a minimum of half of the hours during 9am-5pm EST business hours 7. Professional, friendly, enthusiastic!
