We are building long-term, embedded professionals inside high-performing U.S. law firms — supported by structure, reporting, training, and accountability. The Role ClaimUp’s biggest growth opportunity is not only opening new client relationships. It is expanding the clients who already trust us. We are looking for a Client Growth Manager to own one of the most important functions in the business: keeping every client we have earned and turning strong relationships into additional seats. This is not a passive account management role. It is a growth role. You will own a portfolio of active clients, run proactive expansion conversations, drive reporting visibility, identify churn risk early, and help clients see where ClaimUp can support their next stage of scale. You will report directly to leadership and have a direct line to net seat growth, one of the company’s primary growth metrics. Why This Role Is Different You are not just maintaining accounts — you are driving measurable growth. You will have direct leadership exposure and clear ownership of client expansion, retention, and health. You will work from a defined KPI scorecard, not vague client satisfaction. You will help turn client visibility into expansion conversations. You will be part of a company building a serious operating system for legal staffing, not just filling roles. What You’ll Own Client Expansion Drive net seat growth through deliberate, proactive conversations with existing clients. Identify expansion-ready clients and move them forward each week. Guide clients with 5+ seats toward Managed Execution / Tier 2 when they need more structure, visibility, and support. Track every expansion opportunity from conversation to signed seats. Client Health & Retention Own client health across your portfolio. Classify every account as Green, Yellow, or Red based on delivery stability, retention risk, and expansion readiness. Intervene before Yellow clients become Red. Manage escalations in partnership with operations and talent teams. Help keep client retention above 95% month over month. Reporting & Visibility Own standardized weekly client reporting across your portfolio. Make sure clients consistently see performance, progress, risks, and opportunities. Track reporting completion and help maintain 90%+ weekly coverage. Use reporting as both a retention tool and an expansion accelerator. Leadership Cadence Report weekly to leadership on KPIs, leading indicators, current constraints, and actions. Surface risks early — do not wait until a client is already frustrated. Document client conversations, expansion stage, next steps, and health status in the system. Every action should connect to a measurable business outcome.
