Summary

Objective of the Role This position is a frontline customer service and intake role, not a strategic or architectural position. The primary objective is to: Handle inbound customer communication Guide customers through service requests and inquiries Ensure a smooth, professional, and structured intake experience Core Responsibilities Answer inbound calls (service requests, billing inquiries, general support) Guide customers through intake and scheduling processes Accurately document all interactions in internal systems Follow structured scripts and call flows Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams Maintain professionalism, clarity, and brand consistency on every call Escalate complex issues when necessary Key Traits We Are Hiring For Strong communication skills (clear, confident, professional) Organized and detail-oriented Ability to follow systems and processes Customer-focused mindset Reliable and consistent execution Experience Requirements 2+ years in customer service, call center, or intake roles Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) is an asset (not required) Comfortable using systems (CRM, call platforms, billing tools) Bonus (Not Required) Exposure to digital marketing or customer communication strategies Understanding of how communication impacts customer conversion and retention Important Clarification The previous version of the job posting positioned the role as: A systems architect A brand/documentation strategist A high-level operations designer While those functions are valuable, they do not reflect the day-to-day responsibilities of this role. This position is focused on execution, communication, and customer experience at the frontline level.
