Client Interview Lead / Software Engineering Background Preferred

Job Description We are a small and growing IT consulting company looking for a professional who can help us lead interviews and conversations with clients, stakeholders, and technical partners. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate confidently in English, represent our company professionally, and help manage discussions with clients and partners. You should be comfortable leading conversations, asking the right questions, understanding requirements, and maintaining strong communication throughout the process. Having software engineering experience is a plus because it helps you understand the candidates, projects, and technical discussions. However, this role is primarily focused on communication, coordination, and client interaction. Responsibilities - Lead and facilitate interviews and meetings with clients and business partners - Communicate clearly and professionally in English - Represent our company during client conversations - Coordinate discussions between clients, candidates, and internal teams - Understand project requirements and business needs - Ask meaningful questions and guide conversations effectively - Help create a positive experience for clients and partners Requirements - Excellent spoken English communication skills - Strong confidence in leading conversations and meetings - Professional communication style - Ability to build trust with clients and partners - Good listening skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take ownership Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of software engineering experience or technical industry experience - Experience working with international clients, especially US clients - Experience in IT consulting, recruiting, account management, or client-facing roles - Understanding of software development processes is a plus About Our Company We are a small IT consulting company working with clients and technology partners to deliver software solutions.
