Summary

We're looking for a long term freelancer to conduct telephone interviews with warm leads in Singapore to recruit residents to participate in our market research panel. The role involves reaching out to registered interest prospects, explaining the opportunity, answering questions, encouraging participation and guide the registration process. You should be comfortable speaking with potential panel members in English and/or Mandarin, maintaining a professional and friendly tone, and following up as needed to secure responses. Experience with recruitment, outreach, and customer communication is important for success in this role.
