Experienced Healthcare Recruiter Needed for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in Georgia $80

Helpful Hearts Home Care is a new and growing home care agency in Georgia seeking a healthcare recruiter to help source qualified CNAs. Current Need: Find 8 CNAs in the Roswell, GA area. Candidates must be willing to work short visits (2–4 hours per visit). New CNA graduates are welcome. As our agency grows, there will be opportunities to recruit for additional CNA, LPN, and RN positions. What I'm Looking For: Source qualified candidates. Pre-screen applicants. Verify licenses and credentials. Provide candidate summaries/interview notes. Organize candidate information in a professional manner. Payment (Non-Negotiable): I pay per successful qualified candidate referral/placement only. I do not pay hourly or retainers. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this payment structure.
