Part-Time Recruitment Associate (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM IST) Guiding Bridge Advisory is a boutique HR and Executive Search firm. We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to support hiring assignments during a fixed 3-hour daily window. Strong performers may transition into a full-time role. Working Hours & Compensation * Monday to Friday, **2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (IST)** * Remote (15 hours/week) * ₹250–300 per hour, weekly payouts Key Responsibilities * Screen applications from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sources * Conduct structured telephonic screening interviews * Assess candidate fit and prepare concise summaries * Schedule and coordinate interviews * Maintain recruitment trackers and follow-ups * Support offer rollout and joining coordination Requirements * 1–4 years of recruitment experience * Strong communication and interviewing skills * Organized and comfortable with trackers * Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently * Laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical assessment, including: * Understanding our recruitment approach * Demonstrating candidate evaluation * Creating a basic recruitment tracker * Conducting a mock screening interview Success in This Role You’ll succeed by delivering quality screenings, maintaining accurate trackers, coordinating smoothly, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
