We are a boutique social media marketing agency working with wellness, health, and lifestyle brands primarily based in the US and UK. We are looking for a highly organised and client-facing Client Manager to join our small, fast-moving team. This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time as you integrate with our clients, team and processes. About the Role You will be the main point of contact for our clients. That means you are the face of the agency in every email, every call and every update. Clients should always feel informed, supported and confident that things are moving. Behind the scenes you will be briefing our creative team, managing our VA, and keeping the founder updated on results, progress and any issues that arise. This is not a content creation role. It is a coordination, communication and account management role. You need to be sharp, proactive and exceptionally organised. Responsibilities Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients Lead client calls with confidence and professionalism Manage all client communications via email and messaging platforms Ensure clients always feel informed, heard and ahead of schedule Content and Creative Coordination Contribute to content ideation alongside the strategy team Write and manage briefs for designers and editors Review deliverables before they reach the client Ensure all content is on-brand, on time and to the standard agreed Team and Operations Management Manage the VA on admin, scheduling and organisational tasks Keep workflows running smoothly across the team Flag bottlenecks, delays or issues before they become problems Reporting Provide the founder with regular updates on client progress, team performance and any issues Track deliverables and deadlines across all active accounts Assist with monthly performance reporting for clients What We Are Looking For Must Have Previous experience as a Client Manager or Account Manager within a social media or creative agency. This is a firm requirement, we are looking for someone who has done this role before and understands how agencies operate Fluent, polished English, both written and spoken. You will be on calls with US and UK based clients and your communication needs to be flawless Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball Confident, warm and professional communication style Proactive by nature. You solve problems before they are flagged to you Preferred Basic Canva or graphic design ability. You do not need to be a designer but being able to make minor adjustments or revisions to assets without going back to the designer every time is a strong advantage Basic video editing ability. Again, not a requirement, but the ability to make small tweaks to edits saves significant time in the revision process Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Trello, Asana or similar Experience briefing creative teams Understanding of social media content workflows for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook What Success Looks Like Clients feel consistently supported and never have to chase for updates The creative team always has clear, timely briefs to work from The founder is never surprised by a client or team issue Deadlines are met every week without exception You grow into the role and take increasing ownership over time Structure, Compensation and Growth This role starts part-time. As you learn our processes, build relationships with our clients and demonstrate you are the right fit, the role will grow to full-time. Compensation is structured as a flat rate per client managed. The more clients you handle well, the more you earn. Full details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. We are looking for someone who wants to build with us long term, not just fill a gap.
