We're looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through our onboarding process and ensure they have an exceptional experience from day one. Responsibilities Welcome new customers and schedule onboarding calls Lead Zoom or Google Meet onboarding sessions Collect required information, logos, and artwork Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving Follow up on missing information and customer questions Track onboarding progress in the CRM Ensure customers are ready for a successful launch Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable leading video meetings Highly organized and detail-oriented Experience with CRM software Ability to manage multiple clients at once Preferred Customer Success or Client Onboarding experience Project management experience
