AW - Client Partner (AI Agents & Cloud Infrastructure)

We are looking for a strategic Client Partner to lead a high-stakes engagement with a major US technology client. You will be managing a "Squad" of elite engineers building internal AI agents. This role requires a unique blend of technical fluency (you understand APIs, agents, and cloud infra) and product leadership. You will act as the bridge between the client's engineering leadership and our delivery team. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps, managing the "80/20" scope to ensure rapid delivery, and maintaining a high-trust, transparent partnership. Key Responsibilities: Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact, ensuring alignment between the client's vision and our delivery. Manage the "Squad": Oversee a team of Senior AI and Backend Engineers, removing blockers and keeping the project on track (using tools like Linear and Slack). Scope & Prioritize: Work with the client to define "Pilot" success criteria. Ruthlessly prioritize features to ensure we ship high-value, working agents in 8-12 week cycles. Technical Translation: Translate complex technical challenges (e.g., "we need better evals") into business context for stakeholders. Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the partnership from a pilot to a long-term retainer. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Fluency: You don't need to write code, but you must understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and the basics of AI/LLMs. You can hold your own in a room with engineers. Product/Project Management: Expert in modern workflow tools (Linear, Slack, Notion). You know how to run a sprint and manage a backlog. Client-Facing Leadership: Proven experience managing US-based enterprise or startup clients. You communicate with clarity, brevity, and confidence. Strategic Mindset: You can see the big picture and guide a client from a tactical "pilot" to a strategic roadmap.
