General Virtual Assistant for Growing ABA Consulting Business (Part-Time, Remote)

About Me Hi! I'm Jason, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience helping families, schools, daycares, and community organizations support children with behavioral and developmental needs. I own a growing consulting practice and am looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to become my right-hand person. This isn't just an administrative role. I'm looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a small business1 Hours & Pay 5–10 hours per week to start Flexible schedule Remote position Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows Pay: $10–12 per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do Your primary goal is to help me grow the business by ensuring every potential client receives excellent communication and follow-up. Responsibilities include: Respond to new client inquiries Follow up with prospective clients via email and text Schedule consultation calls and appointments Reconnect with former clients Research schools, daycares, therapy clinics, pediatric offices, and community organizations for potential partnerships Send professional outreach emails to referral sources Maintain organized lead and contact spreadsheets Assist with scheduling, reminders, and other administrative tasks Help organize and schedule social media content (secondary responsibility) Who You Are You are someone who: Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems Is organized and detail-oriented Communicates professionally and warmly Is dependable and responsive Works well independently Enjoys helping people and supporting a growing business Experience as a Virtual Assistant is helpful, but reliability, communication, and a positive attitude are even more important. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Virtual Assistance Appointment Setting Customer Service Lead Generation Google Workspace Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets CRM software Canva ChatGPT Experience in healthcare, education, behavioral health, or consulting is a bonus but not required.
