Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager at Ad-tivity. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts. You will develop and implement business plans, provide excellent customer service, and analyze data to optimize account performance. This role requires a deep understanding of account management and a strategic approach to meeting client needs. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Business Planning Account Management and Key Accounts Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, within a marketing or advertising agency. Agency Experience with international clients Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts and strategies. Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative attitude, capable of working with cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, project management tools, and MS Office Suite. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
