Client Services Coordinator – Insurance Agency (Remote)

We are an established independent insurance brokerage located near Boston, Massachusetts, USA. For over 25 years, we have been helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. Today, our growing team of more than 20 employees supports both commercial and personal insurance clients throughout the United States. We are currently seeking a full-time remote Client Services Coordinator to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Important: Prior insurance agency experience is required. Candidates without insurance agency or insurance brokerage experience will not be considered. Responsibilities • Answer and manage client phone calls, emails, and text messages • Data entry and policy processing • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) • Handle proof of insurance requests and basic billing inquiries • Send applications and forms through DocuSign • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy • Assist the agency team with administrative and customer service tasks Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience working for an insurance agency or insurance brokerage • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Excellent customer service and phone skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Comfortable learning and working with agency management systems and technology • Applied EPIC experience is highly preferred • Russian and/or Ukrainian language fluency is strongly preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for an individual who is: • Highly motivated and dependable • Organized and detail-oriented • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone throughout the day • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Interested in becoming a long-term member of a growing team This is a reception and customer service-oriented role. You will often be the first person our clients interact with, so professionalism, warmth, and strong communication skills are essential. This is a long-term position with significant growth opportunities for high-performing individuals. Candidates must be available to work approximately 40 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Compensation Compensation is expected to be in the range of $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month, depending on experience, qualifications, insurance background, language skills, and overall fit. Candidates with prior insurance agency experience, Applied EPIC experience, and Russian and/or Ukrainian language fluency will receive strong consideration. This is a long-term position, and compensation growth opportunities are available for high-performing team members who demonstrate reliability, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to helping the agency grow.
