Client Services Leader (Must Build Systems, SOPs & Automations)

It is not a basic executive assistant role. If your background is only calendar, inbox, and scheduling, you won't pass screening. Apply only if you can lead client services at a high level AND build the systems that support it. 🏢 About The Company & Myself: I run an executive advisory firm serving senior professionals and executives. I need a Client Services Leader who owns the entire client experience, from the moment someone says yes through the full journey, and who can build the automations that make that experience seamless, so I never have to step in and never have to hire a separate person for the technical piece. The Role Expectations: This role operates noon to 6pm CST (so if you cannot work in that time frame please do not apply) ⚫ Own the full client experience end to end, from onboarding through delivery to closeout ⚫ Serve as the direct, polished point of contact for executive-level clients, representing my brand at a high standard ⚫ Own and manage the calendar: bookings, scheduling, and session coordination, ensuring every appointment is confirmed, prepared for, and honored ⚫ Watch bookings and intake closely so confirmations never get lost and no client ever feels dropped ⚫ Deliver the same elevated, consistent experience to every client regardless of how busy we get ⚫ Anticipate client needs and catch issues before they become problems ⚫ Own client communication and high-touch follow-up that keeps clients satisfied, retained, and referring, freeing me from being the one every client has to reach The Systems & Technical Piece: ⚫ Build phase-based automated email sequences in HoneyBook, where what the client receives changes based on their journey stage ⚫ Build full automations and pipelines inside HoneyBook ⚫ Connect & Build Automations In Zapier or Make to integrate Stripe, HoneyBook, and other tools into one seamless flow ⚫ Evaluate the client journey, decide what to automate versus keep manual, and build it yourself ⚫ Produce visual client journey maps, actual diagrams, not just written steps ⚫ Write SOPs for both internal workflows and the client-facing journey My Questions Will Be: 👉🏽 Describe your experience managing relationships with clients.
