Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing & FIT Operations Executive to join our growing team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, operational knowledge of FIT travel arrangements, and the ability to manage client requirements efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. --- Key Responsibilities Client Servicing · Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries. · Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions. · Manage booking amendments and operational changes efficiently. · Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, clients, and suppliers. FIT Operations · Create and manage FIT travel bookings. · Prepare detailed travel itineraries. · Coordinate with hotels, attractions, transport providers, and other suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services. · Ensure all bookings and operational requirements are confirmed accurately within deadlines. Operations Coordination · Respond to supplier emails and take necessary operational actions. · Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams for smooth execution of tours. Upselling & Customer Experience · Identify opportunities to upsell additional tours, attractions, meals, or services · Enhance guest experience by providing timely recommendations and support. Desired Skills & Qualifications · Experience in FIT operations or client servicing within the travel industry preferred. · Knowledge of inbound tourism and destination management operations. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously. · Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems. · Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. --- Preferred Candidate Profile · Experience working with travel agents, DMCs, or inbound tour operators. · Good negotiation skills with suppliers. · Customer-focused and service-oriented approach. · Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
