Client Solutions & GHL Automation Specialist About the Role We’re looking for an Client Solutions & Automation Specialist who can confidently lead discovery calls, understand a client’s sales and marketing processes, and design automation workflows that integrate conversational AI into their day-to-day operations. This role is equal parts business process consultant and CRM automation specialist — you’ll talk directly with clients, uncover their goals, and translate those into actionable GoHighLevel workflows, multi-channel campaigns, and AI agent setups that actually drive results. If you thrive in client conversations, know your way around GHL automation, and can connect business needs to AI capabilities, you’ll excel here. Key Responsibilities Client Discovery & Business Process Mapping - Lead discovery calls to uncover client goals, challenges, and current workflows. - Map sales, marketing, and service processes — from lead generation to follow-up — and identify opportunities for AI integration. - Translate complex automation and AI capabilities into clear, business-friendly recommendations. Workflow & AI Agent Design - Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and campaigns (SMS, email, appointment reminders, live transfers, etc.). - Design and refine AI conversational agents using prompt engineering best practices. - Recommend and implement multi-channel lead nurturing sequences for inbound, outbound, warm, and cold leads. Project Coordination & Handoffs - Document all implementation requirements clearly for internal technical teams. - Collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Prompt Engineers, and Account Managers to ensure smooth execution. - Manage project progress in Asana, maintaining visibility on timelines and deliverables. Client Communication & Support - Serve as the primary contact during implementation - Educate clients on AI capabilities and limitations, setting realistic expectations. - Troubleshoot and guide clients on platform usage, workflows, and campaign setup. Required Experience - Proven experience leading client discovery or onboarding calls. - 2+ years in a client-facing role (onboarding, customer success, or sales engineering/solution consulting). - Hands-on GoHighLevel expertise — 1+ years directly using GoHighLevel (building workflows, forms, pipelines, campaigns). - Strong understanding of lead nurturing, SMS/email marketing automations, and CRM workflows in GHL. - Ability to break down a business process and design automation to optimize it. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in client-facing contexts. - Familiarity with lead nurturing, outbound/inbound sales workflows, and marketing automation. - Experience bridging customer requirements to technical teams. Preferred Experience - Prompt engineering experience for AI voice/chatbot design. - Familiarity with A2P registration, Twilio, and third-party integrations (Zapier, Make). - Addiltional experience with other CRMs like Pipedrive, Zoho or HubSpot. - Background in sales operations, marketing automation, or customer success. Ideal Candidate Profile – AI Implementation & Automation Strategist Core Attributes - Client-facing first, technical second — natural communicator who can lead structured discovery calls, ask probing questions, and keep clients confident. - Workflow translator — understands a client’s lead, sales, and service processes and can map them to GHL automations + AI capabilities. - Hands-on CRM expertise — has actually built GHL workflows, triggers, and campaigns (SMS, email, appointment reminders, live transfers, nurture sequences). - Business process mindset — can break down how a business runs and identify automation opportunities. - Comfort with AI concepts — not an AI researcher or engineer, but knows how to apply prompt engineering and conversational flows to achieve a business goal.
