Client Success Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Success Coordinator to join AI Search Masters, a fast-growing agency that helps real estate professionals improve their visibility across search engines and AI platforms. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication and keeping projects moving between our clients and internal delivery team. This includes running onboarding calls and check-ins, managing our support inbox and client portal, reviewing onboarding submissions, coordinating requests with our engineering and content teams, scheduling meetings, and ensuring clients receive consistent progress updates. You should have near-native written and spoken English, a warm and polished communication style, strong judgment, and excellent attention to detail. We need someone who can work independently, prioritize requests, recognize when an issue should be escalated, and reliably follow through without constant supervision. You must also be comfortable using technology, AI tools, and automations to work efficiently while carefully reviewing their output. Experience with client success, customer support, project coordination, digital marketing, real estate, SEO/AEO, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Semrush, or Webflow is helpful but not required. This is an ongoing role with meaningful ownership, direct communication with leadership, and room to grow with the company.
