Client Success Manager - (GoHighLevel + Slack)

We're a marketing agency that builds lead generation systems for home service businesses (pressure washing, window cleaning, auto detailing, etc). We run paid ads on Meta, build funnels, and use AI-powered lead qualification to deliver pre-qualified leads to our clients' phones. We need a full-time Client Success Manager to manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) across multiple client sub-accounts. You'll be the person making sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes — monitoring AI conversations, updating pipeline stages, reviewing lead quality, flagging issues, and keeping our data 100% accurate at all times. This is NOT a sales role. You are not closing deals or speaking with our clients' customers. You are managing the backend system that delivers results to our clients. COMPENSATION: $800–$1,000/month depending on experience. This is a full-time, ongoing role that grows with the agency.
