Client Success Manager/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Success Manager to support onboarding, account management, client communication, and project coordination across a growing portfolio of marketing clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing, enjoys building client relationships, can manage multiple accounts simultaneously. You will serve as a key point of contact between clients and our internal team, helping ensure projects move forward smoothly, clients remain informed and supported, and opportunities for growth are identified. Core Responsibilities - Manage client onboarding from signed agreement through project kickoff - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Coordinate communication between clients and internal marketing teams - Lead client check-ins, progress updates, and performance review meetings - Ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables stay on track - Help identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, and long-term retention - Assist with sales conversations and proposal follow-up when required - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns - Manage communication through Slack, email, CRM systems, and project management tools - Ensure all client requests and deliverables are tracked and completed on time Ideal Candidate - Strong client-facing communication skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Experience working in marketing, agency, or client service environments - Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously - Able to work independently without constant oversight - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Compensation & Structure - Fully remote position - Full-time or part-time opportunities available - Flexible structure depending on experience and availability - Compensation between $40–$60 USD per hour depending on experience and skill set - Open to discussing a fixed monthly compensation structure for the right candidate - Significant growth opportunities as the company expands How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short introduction outlining your experience in client success, account management, marketing, sales, or project management.
